Registration, Admission and Ticketing

Walk-ins are allowed, but we strongly recommend registering in advance to secure your spot.
Registration will close once the venue reaches full capacity.

No physical tickets will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after completing your registration.
A check-in QR code will be sent to your email 7 days before the event for on-site entry.

If you did not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of registration, please check your spam/junk folder.
If it is not there, please contact us at admin@jc3-sfg.com or general@jc3-sfg.com for assistance.

Please present your check-in QR code at the registration counter.
This QR code will be emailed to you 7 days before the event.

Registration and check-in will begin at 8:30 AM, and the conference will start at 9:00 AM.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for queuing and check-in.

Dress Code

Participants are required to dress in business/smart casual — clean, neat, and presentable.
*Please note that shorts, t-shirts, sandals, and flip-flops are strictly prohibited.

Waze Direction

Yes, parking is available but may be limited. Hence, we highly recommend using e-hailing services like Grab for a smoother and more convenient journey.
If you are driving, parking is available at LG3, LG4, and LG5 basement levels of Sasana Kijang. Visitors entrance to the parking is via LG4.

The parking rate is RM5 for the first 4 hours.
Additional charges apply for subsequent hours, capped at a daily maximum rate of RM10.

Parking fees can be paid using a Touch ‘n Go card or a Visa card.

Yes. Sasana Kijang is accessible via several public transport options:

  • KTM Komuter: Alight at Bank Negara Station. Approximately 10-minute walk to the venue.
  • Light Rail Transit (LRT): Disembark at Bandaraya Station. Approximately 10-minute walk to the venue.
  • Monorail: The nearest station is Medan Tuanku. Approximately 25-minute walk to the venue.
On-Site

Photography and personal recording are allowed, provided they do not disrupt the event proceedings or other participants.
Feel free to share highlights from the conference with the public through your social media or other platforms to help raise SME awareness.

Yes, the following accessibility facilities are available:

  • Wheelchair Access: Lift access from LG2 to the auditorium and exhibition booths
  • Prayer Room: Located on the Ground Floor
  • Sick Bay: Located at LG2
  • Charging Station: Available on the Ground Floor
Others

The event is a professional business conference, focusing on knowledge sharing and industry networking.
As such, it is not designed for children or family participation.
